Ask us somethingHow long does delivery take?
Inside Pokhara, usually the next working day once payment is verified. Elsewhere in Nepal it is two to four days depending on the courier.
QR payments are checked by hand, so an order paid late in the evening is normally verified the following morning.
Do you have my school’s book list?
Filter the catalogue by class and the whole year comes up together, in the editions schools here specify. If your school uses something we do not stock, send us the list and we will quote for it.
How do I pay?
Scan the QR with any mobile wallet after placing the order, then upload the screenshot. Where the shop has it switched on, you can also pay the courier in cash on delivery.
Can I return something?
Yes, unused and in its packaging, within seven days. Write in through the contact form with your order number and we will arrange it.
Anything that arrives damaged or wrong is our problem, not yours — tell us and we will replace it.
Do you take school and bulk orders?
We do, and we quote for them properly rather than charging list price. Send the list through the contact form with the quantities and the classes.
